Welcome to the Morristown, Indiana, Chamber of Commerce website.  Morristown is located 30 miles southeast of Indianapolis on Highway 52, in Shelby County. Morristown is a small community, with a population of 1,218 (2010 Census) but has a lot to offer.  We have great schools, Morristown Elementary, Morristown Jr. High and High School.  We have great businesses and an industrial business park.  There is an active Boys and Girls Club program with organized sports, concerts and before & after school care.  Senior Services offers weekly programs. 

​** The 2018 Morristown Boys High School Basketball team won the state basketball championship game.
